Chef Sharon has been happily married for 24 years and has 3 children. She has enjoyed cooking since childhood. Her love of cooking began in the kitchens of her mother and grandmother where she learned to cook delicious meals from "scratch". She has provided many wonderful feasts and parties since then for both family and friends. As her children became older, she decided to turn her passion for cooking into a career. She entered the Culinary Arts program at the Culinary Arts Academy of Marion County in Ocala and studied with Master Chefs learning the arts of Baking and Institutional Cooking as well as Garde Manger and Catering. She completed her studies and graduated in 2001 and began her professional chef career. She specializes in pastry, hors d'oeuvres, and appetizers, and is an expert in beautiful food presentation.
