I just want to say THANK YOU for the wonderful job you and your staff did at the party. I was so pleased that everything went off without a hitch right down to when mom and dad walked through the front door NOT KNOWING what was really going on. Our intricate plans and details worked like a charm.

If you need a recommendation..call me. I would be happy to share my wonderful experience having hired you! The food was fabulous! You are such a talented lady.... I only wish I had more events to plan so I could hire you to do the cooking! I cannot say thank you enough for everything you did from start to finish. Thank you for letting me enjoy the night with my family without having to ever think about what was going on in the kitchen...like you said..you are a take charge person and that was just wonderful for me on the big night.

My sister's 25th is in 4 years. We are already discussing the possibilities....for here in Florida. There is no question you will be the chef we call to cater that event should it become reality.

I wanted to write this letter to thank you for the wonderful romantic dinner for two you created for my 16th wedding anniversary. The menu selections were divine! My wife still dreams about your chocolate crème brûlée!

Your attention to detail made the evening magical. From the table decoration, to the wonderful aroma of the food preparation, to the personalized presentation, all while enjoying romantic music, every detail combined to make an evening we will never forget!

Thank you so much for such a lovely evening.  The food was fabulous, we personally loved everything.  Everyone at the party was very complimentary, and we received many great comments  on the food.  You were exactly what we wanted.  The clean up was great too, everyone was very accommodating.  We will definitely be a return customer and can not say enough praise.
